We can supply stem extensions to facilitate the manual operation of valve that will be buried or heavily insulated.
End Connection Preparation:
We can modify the existing end connection arrangement of most valves and supply various combinations of end connections to facilitate the installation process in non-standard or custom piping configurations.

Valve and Actuator Testing
Hydro-static Testing:
Full in-house pressure testing capabilities can be performed on any of our valves or your supplied valves. Valve automation assemblies can also be pressure tested after the actuator has been fit in order to confirm the actuator sizing and function. We can also test your on/off or shutdown valve in a cycle test at that time to prove its ability under full differential pressure.
Control Valve Function Testing:
All valve automation packages are function-tested prior to shipping from our facility. Checkpoints are included in the process to determine correct assembly of all components and to make sure the actuator and controls have been properly installed with all needed adjustments.
Radiographic analysis and other non-destructive tests can be performed at our facility as a service for your testing and safety requirements.
